Welcome to CATZ-Austin.

Every person that walks through our doors is an athlete.  Whether playing is your sport, competing is your sport, or training is your sport, CATZ-Austin is the place for you.  Our programs incorporate balance, movement, strength, power, and flexibility to help make YOU the most well-rounded athlete you can be.  We offer small group training for all ages as well as 1-on-1 training if group classes are not what you are looking for.

When Playing is Your Sport (Ages 7-13)

Looking for your child to be more active?  Our specially designed classes will bring them to new and improved fitness levels through fun, competitive, game based exercise.  Your children will get stronger and more fit without even realizing it.

When Competing is Your Sport (Ages 8+)

Looking to become faster, stronger and more fit?  Our performance classes offer a variety of training tools and methodology to make you even more competitive on the field or court.  We will work on your weaknesses and make them your strengths. 

When Training is your Sport (Ages 23+)

Looking for improved fitness?  CATZ-Austin offers 3 different levels of adult classes to meet your needs. 

Our general adult fitness class is for those of you who are looking for a fun, challenging workout to take your fitness to the next level. 

We offer an adult beginner class for those of you who are looking to get back into or create an active lifestyle for yourself. 

We also offer an adult performance class to help you push your limits and continue to compete at the highest level amongst your peers (this is a class for you adults that still have that kid inside of you and want to do what they do).  NOTE: This class is not for the faint of heart.  Please talk to a coach before signing up for this class to see if it is right for you.
