Here’s your CATZ Austin 2010 Summer Camp Schedule:

FOOTBALL Skills, Speed, Strength & Conditioning

Football Camp – $199 (Skills Only – $100/session)
All Sessions 11:30am – 1:30pm each day
Session 1 – June 14-18, Ages 10-14
Session 2 – July 5-9, Ages 10-14
Session 3 – July 26 – 30, Ages 10-14

LACROSSE Skills, Speed, Strength & Conditioning

Lacrosse Camp – $199/session (Skills Only – $100/session)
All Sessions 2:30pm – 4:30pm each day
Session 1 – June 14 – 18, Elem/MS, Offense Only
Session 2 – June 28 – July 2, All Ages, Defense Only
Session 3 – July 19 – 23, All Ages, Goalies
Session 4 – August 2 – 6, Elem/MS, Offense Only

SPEED ONLY Camp – Linear, Multi Directional, Proper Acceleration/Deceleration Techniques

Speed Only Camp – $100/session
All Sessions at 12:30pm – 1:30pm each day
Session 1 – June 14-18, Ages 8+
Session 2 – July 5-9, Ages 8+
Session 3 – July 26 – 30, Ages 8+

SportFun Camp – A fun half-day camp that keeps your little ones active and happy!
Ages 3 – 7
$175/session
8:45am – 12pm each day
Session 1 – June 14 – 18
Session 2 – June 28 – July 2
Session 3 – July 12 – 16
Session 4 – July 26 – 30
SportFun Camp Schedule
-8:45am Drop Off
-9:00am SportFun Class
-10:00am Snack (must provide your own)
-10:30am Social Play
-11:00am Arts & Crafts
-12pm Pick Up

G.O.A.L. Soccer Camp (Registration through www.LONESTARSOCCERCAMP.com)
$200/session
Session 1 – June 14 – 30  (Mon/Wed 9:30am – 11:30am)
Session 2 – June 15 – July 1 (Tues/Thur 2:30pm – 4:30pm)
Session 3 – July 5 – 21 (Mon/Wed 9:30am – 11:30am)
Session 4 – July 6 – 22 (Tues/Thur 2:30pm – 4:30pm)
G.O.A.L. Sessions are 2 hours/day, with 1 hour working on soccer specific speed/fitness, followed by second hour of strength and core development.
