Training

Performance Training classes are geared towards the youth athlete that is ready to step up their game through challenging training sessions, discipline, and the ability to push themselves out of their comfort zone. These classes are for improvement in all aspects of athleticism. After a thorough dynamic warm up, the athletes will go through an injury prevention series, speed development, and finally a strength and conditioning set that rounds out the hour. A well rounded training session for the needs of an athlete of all sports.

Performance Training classes at CATZ are scheduled early and often, depending on the time of year.  Check out our CALENDAR for age appropriate class times and days. As always, your first session is FREE!!

Class Times/Days:

Monday thru Thursday -
4:30pm (Ages 7-11)
5:30pm (Ages 12-18)
6:30pm (Ages 12-18)

Friday – 4:30pm (Ages 7-11)

Saturday – 10am (Ages 12-18);  11am (Ages 7-11)
