Jump Clinic a SUCCESS!!

Last night CATZ Austin had a packed house of youth and adult athletes alike taking part in our Free Jump Clinic! Within the 1-hour clinic, we taught the athletes proper landing techniques, how to take-off, and effective exercises to improve force output on any type of jump!

We even had a fun speed jumping competition in which 9 year old super athlete, Aldo Ordonez out-jumped the likes of high school, college, and adult athletes for the championship! Great job to all the athletes!
