So you’re looking for a short and sweet workout that will still get you results? The 30 minute R.O.A.R. Training class is the end of your search!!

Either you’ve signed up for the latest R.O.A.R Fitness Challenge, or you just love getting your butt kicked in a small amount of time, CATZ Austin has the workout for you! Not for the basic level adult, this program combines a series of exercises over a short amount of time that will be repeated enough times in 30 minutes to ensure you to be laying on the floor thanking your lucky stars that it’s over!! Expect tire flipping, pullups, pushups, sprints, and more to maximize the body’s ability to be pushed out of its comfort zone!

This class was developed to help the CATZ Austin members prepare themselves for our frequent fitness challenge, the R.O.A.R. This is a competition to give us adults something else besides 5 and 10k runs to test our level of fitness. We’ll leave the Friday night football games and the weekend-long tournaments to the kids, and leave the R.O.A.R. to us adults!
