Pricing:
CATZ members:
· With an existing monthly package- $100 entry fee (Includes Pedometer)
· Get $50 off entry when you refer 1 Non CATZ Member and they sign up for the Fit for Life Challenge
· Entry fee is waived when you refer 2 or more Non CATZ Members and they sign up for the Fit for Life Challenge
Non- CATZ members:
$279 entry fee (Includes Pedometer)
Goals:
· Steps- 650,000 in 8 weeks (81,250 weekly goal)
· Individual weight loss/gain or body fat
· Physical Activity outside of CATZ (i.e. walking the dog, playing with your kids, pick-up games, yard work, etc.)- 120 hours is 8 weeks (14 hour weekly goal).
Description:
The CATZ Fit for Life Challenge will be a branch off of our established and popular functional fitness training, specifically designed to help members reach their goal weight and other fitness goals. The program will entail weekly workouts, nutrition and fitness logs, as well as weekly weight and body fat calculations for existing and new CATZ members.
Length of Program:
The CATZ Fit for Life Challenge will be an 8 week program.
How it works:
· Registration will occur 3 days before start of program
· Call CATZ and schedule your initial evaluation time.
· Initial evaluations will provide your beginning body weight/fat calculations and the Fit for Life Challenge orientation.
· You will be provided with our CATZ Nutrition plan, food/workout log, weekly weight goals, and one on one consultation with Coach Blake Gould.
· You must train at CATZ for a minimum of 25 sessions over the 8 week challenge.
Prizes: up to $300
· Each week meet your step, weight, and physical activity goals (outside of CATZ)- receive $25 CATZ credit. 8 weekly goals to be met. ($200)
· Meet your body fat percentage goal at the end of the challenge and receive $50 CATZ credit.
· Meet all 8 weekly goals AND your body fat percentage goal and receive a $50 bonus CATZ credit.
