(all sessions are 60 minutes and maintain a ratio of 12 adults to 1 coach)

Tuesday – 6:00am, 9:00am, 12:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Wednesday – 6:00am, 9:30am, 6:30pm

Thursday – 6:00am, 9:00am, 12:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Friday – 6:00am, 9:30am, 5:30pm

Saturday – 8:00am, 9:00am
