:30 Core Blaster
The 30 minute Core Blaster Class is geared towards the obvious: the midsection of the body! Through and intense and fun session of core development, CATZ Austin would like to help you create the heavenly hips and tighter tummy that you’ve been looking for!
While tightening the “mirror muscles” in the abdominal area, the Core Blaster will also focus on the development of a more stable torso and improved balance throughout the lower body, all based around exercises focused on the core center of our bodies. Have no fear, this is not 30 minutes of all types of sit-ups and crunches; expect single leg balancing, wood chopping exercises, and lower back isolation to help create a more sound structure throughout your midsection.
Strengthening your core will help you in numerous ways, whether it’s developing a stronger kick for soccer, or if you’re having trouble with lower back pain due to bad posture, the Core Blaster will shape your torso the way you’ve always dreamed of!!
