Come find out during a morning full of training, competing, and socializing! As always, we’ve got an awesome training top for all entries, free massage, and free food afterwards!! 9am – Check-in
10am – Event starts

Two age groups for each gender
Men:  Age 16 – 29 and 30+
Women:  Age 16 – 29 and 30+

Registration Fee = $25 (includes Free ROAR training shirt)
