Density Training @ CATZ!

Today’s lunchtime adult group went through a density training series for 20 min. We focused on 5 exercises: 1 explosive, 1 knee/hip dominant, 1 upper body push, 1 upper body pull, and 1 strictly core based. For 20 minutes, they completed 10 repetitions at each exercise and tried to see how many laps they could complete, making sure to rest and hydrate when necessary.
